Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 3, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 5 Placid Lake Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11037-20 by Frank Giacobbe to install a pool, patio, wall, mechanicals and associated drainage.
2. 107 Hillspoint Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11039-20 by Joshua Harkey for a fence.
3. 114 Cross Highway:Application #AA,WPL/E-11040-20 by F&G Construction Inc. on behalf of David & Maria Bunan for a level spreader and to replace sump pumps.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
