This meeting will be held electronically and live streamed on westportct.gov and shown on Optimum Government Access Channel 79 and Frontier Channel 6020. We will use our best efforts to read public comments if they are received during the public comment period and if they state your full name and address. If you would like to give your comments by participating in real time in the meeting, please send an email by noon on August 19, 2020, to mmace@westportct.gov stating your name and address and the agenda item to which your comments will relate, and meeting participation details will be emailed to you to enable you to participate in real time in the meeting. AGENDA
- Financial Report from the Finance Director. (Discussion Only)
- Board of Education FY 2019-20 4th quarter and End-of-Year Financial Report from the Chief Financial Officer. (Discussion Only)
- Upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve a transfer in the amount of [$1,182,504.64 to be confirmed] from unaudited unexpended 2019-2020 operating funds of the Board of Education to the BOE Carryover Account.
- In accordance with C.G.S. Section 10-222a and upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve an appropriation of [$100,351.80 to be confirmed] to the 2019-2020 Budget, BOE Rentals & Reimbursements Expenditure Account.
- Upon the request of the Superintendent of Schools, to approve a Special Appropriation in the amount of [$593,720.05 to be confirmed] for COVID-19 related actual and anticipated expenses for FY20-21.
