NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP

CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Westport  Conservation Commission Field Trip scheduled for Friday, July 10, 2020 has been POSTPONED due to pending inclement weather until Monday, July 13, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. The field trip is being conducted for orientation purposes only for review of the following agenda item at its July 15, 2020 meeting:

1. 128 Bayberry Lane:Application #IWW,WPL/E-11007-20 by John F Fallon, Esq. on behalf of the Estate of James S & Dina Belta for a proposed “Open Space Subdivision” consisting of nine (9) residential lots, two of which will be retained by the Belta family. The lots will be accessed by 960 ft. long by 22 ft. wide dead-end road with underground utilities and stormwater management. Each lot will be served by a private septic system and public water supply. Portions of the work are within the upland review area.

Members will meet at the site in their own vehicles.  Some sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended. Due to COVID-19, Social Distancing will be practiced; anyone in attendance must wear a mask.
