Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 1, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 4 Fieldcrest:Application #11002-20 by Oak Stone Land Services on behalf of Eric & Raqual Freeman for relocation and expansion of a driveway, retaining wall and drainage.
2. 26 Colony Road:Application #11005-20 by Neave Group on behalf of Peter Angus & M. Alyson Angus for a pool, spa, patio, boulder walls with slide, waterfalls, pool fence and drainage.
3. 34 Hillspoint Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11010-20 by Mitchell & Suzanne Raboy for legalization of excavation and fill activity associated with previously approved house addition.
4. 41 Jennie Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-11011-20 by Lucci Electric, Inc. on behalf of Todd Morrison for a generator.
