Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of May 25, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 4 Compo Parkway:Application #WPL/E-10997-20 by Anthony Ditullio on behalf of Andrew Jones for a screened porch.
2. 86 Partrick Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-10998-20 by Erich Diller on behalf of Timothy Hawkes for an addition over second story and an addition.
3. 275 North Avenue:Application #AA,WPL/E-11004-20 by Frank Giocobbe on behalf of Paige & Ted Parker for a new single family residence, 3-car garage, new septic, driveway and drainage.
4. 18 Jennings Court:Application #AA,WPL/E-11008-20 by Gault Energy on behalf of James Corey for an a/c unit.
5. 40 Valley Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-11009-20 by Gault Energy on behalf of Brendan Courtney & Jennifer Tyrell for a generator and two above-ground propane tanks.
