Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 13, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 3 Davis Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-10987-20 by In2Blue Design on behalf of Nancy & Mohamed Sadek for a pool and mechanicals.
2. 91 Clapboard Hill Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-10988-20 by Good Gardens LLC on behalf of 91 CHR LLC for deer fence and plantings.
3. 2 Woodcock Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-10989-20 by Kappa Home Improvement LLC on behalf of First Class Properties LLC for septic repair, portico addition, raise roof above garage, interior renovations, new siding and roof.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
