LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of March 9, 2020 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 11 Rustic Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-10962-20 by LandTech on behalf of Seth Greenwald for a new single family residence with garage, driveway, patio, septic, and associated drainage.
2. 11 Rustic Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-10966-20 by LandTech on behalf of Seth Greenwald for installation of a pool, patio and associated mechanicals.
3. 7 Blind Brook Road South:Application #AA,WPL/E-10972-20 by Gardel Home Improvement, LLC on behalf of Kevin Roley & Julie Taubner for expansion of existing deck, outdoor shower and hot tub.
4. 42 Cranbury Road:Application #AA,WPL/E-10973-20 by Bryan Nesteriak on behalf of Todd & Andrea Feldman for expansion of driveway, associated drainage and deck expansion.
5. 23 Dogwood Lane:Application #AA,WPL/E-10975-20 by Howard Lathrop on behalf of Aron Grossman & Diana Horn for a new garage, interior renovations, patio expansion, driveway expansion and associated drainage.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
