Legal Notice of Decisions

2. GRANTED: 11 Roosevelt Road: Application #ZBA- 20-00502 by Roni Goldberg for property owned by Roni Goldberg for variance of the Zoning Regulations: 13-6(Coverage) for one story FEMA compliant addition over building and total coverage in Residential A zone, located in Residence A district, PID# D03019000.
3. GRANTED 48 Owenoke Park: Application #ZBA-20-00795 by Gloria Gouveia for property owned by 48 Owenoke Park, LLC for variance of the Zoning Regulations: 6-2.1.7, (Expansion of a non-conforming building) , §6-2.1.3, (Enclosing an Open Structure), §13-4, (Setbacks in Residential A district) for a 2nd story addition partially within the front setback, Extend steps to grade under 2nd story addition and legalization of an A/C unit in the front setback, located in Residence A district, PID# C030013000.

Due to the closing of Town Hall to the public during the COVID-19 emergency, and pursuant to the Governor’s Executive Order #7I, the Legal Notice of Decision cannot be viewed at the Westport Town Clerk’s Office or the Westport Planning and Zoning Office at this time.
