WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION

SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

January 31, 2020

Notice is hereby given of a Special Meeting of the Westport Conservation Commission pursuant to the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourse Act, and the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport (IWW Regulations) to be held on Friday, January 31, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue. The Commission shall meet to take such action under the purview of the Town’s IWW Regulations and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance as the meeting may determine with regard to the follow:

1. Executive Session: 9:30 A.M., Room 309

   107 Old Road: Discussion and vote on revised draft Stipulated Settlement Agreement of the case of Amy L.Y. Day, Executrix of the Estate of Catherine D. Fleming vs. the Westport Conservation Commission as it relates to the denial of Application #IWW-10450-17 and #WPL-10488-17 for a four (4) lot open space subdivision. Said settlement proposes two lots.

    

2. Show Cause Hearing: 10:00 A.M., Room 309

8 Lone Pine Lane. ( Lot: D11 Map: 142) ): In accordance with section 4.2.1, 7.1 and 7.3 of the “Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses of the Town of Westport,” a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held for a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owners for clear-cutting within the wetlands and the 20 ft. upland review area and without a permit.
