At a Public Hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, October 29, 2019 the following action was taken:
- GRANTED IN PART/DENIED IN PART: 201 Main Street: ZBA Appl. #7746 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Belden Place, LLC, located in Restrictive Business District, PID#C10091000. The following variance was GRANTED and found to be consistent with the Costal Area Management (CAM) Act: Setbacks to reconfigure heating and cooling equipment. The following variances were DENIED: Floor Area, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Setbacks, and non-conforming building expansion, to construct a lobby entry addition within the building footprint and for conversion of previously approved Crawl Space to Cellar for mechanicals and storage.
2. GRANTED: 2 Pony Lane: ZBA Appl. #7748 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Fabricio De Andrade Zonzini for a variance for setback for an existing patio, located in Residence AAA Zone, PID#D15057000.
3. GRANTED: 119 Riverside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7754 by Lucien Vita for property owned by Ron and Chiara Rudzin for variances for setback and coverage, to remove existing trellis and construct stairs, located in Residence A Zone, PID#DC08042000.
4. GRANTED: 18 Danbury Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7749 by Bradley Stern for property owned by Bradley Stein for variances for setback and total coverage, to expand existing patio and legalize the existing total coverage, located in Residence A Zone, PID#D03112000.
