LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 4, 2019, the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions:

1. 16 Joann Circle / Application WPL 10868-19; APPROVED.Application of Kousidis Engineering, LLC, on behalf of the owner, Alvin Lim & Cecilia Stiber Lim, for a new single family residence, driveway, and related site appurtenances. The site lies within the Water Protection Line (WPL) of a wetland tributary to Dead Man’s Brook.
2. 17 Edgewater Hillside / Application WPL 10870-19;APPROVED.Application of Nick Vitiello, on behalf of the owner, Ariel & Jonathan Dunne, to construct a new pool, retaining wall, and related site appurtenances. The site lies within the Water Protection Line (WPL) of the Sherwood Mill Pond.

Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
