LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
 

Notice is hereby given that at a hearing held on January 9, 2020, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 

  1. APPROVED: 61 Main Street: Appl. #19-058 submitted by Christina Gordon, FWH Architect, for property owned by 61 Main Street LLC for a Site Plan application for exterior renovations to building, for property located in the Business Center District- Village District Overlay/ Westport Center, PID#C10075000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions and or reasons, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue, Westport, CT.
