LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 7, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 5 Hedley Farms Road/Application IWW/WPL #8949-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Michael Horvath for the demolition of a single family residence and the construction of a new single family residence with associated site improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline and WPLO setback of an unnamed tidal pond.
2. 15 Island Way/Application WPL #8954-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of John Watkins for the partial demolition of non-conforming sunroom, fireplace and shed and the construction of a 2 car garage. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
