3. GRANTED: 25 Marine Ave: ZBA Appl. #7729 by Bill Achilles for property owned by Ruth M and Thomas R Whelan for variances for coverage and height to raise house for FEMA compliance, add second floor roof deck, entry ways and mechanicals, located in Residential A zone, PID#B01074000.
   
   
4. GRANTED: 92 Harbor Ave: ZBA Appl. #7730 by Jeffrey and Barbara Heil for variances for coverage and setbacks for addition and legalization of patio arbor, propane tank and generation for property located in the Residence A zone, PID#B02061000.
