LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 29, 2019 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 7 Side Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-10815-19 by LandTech on behalf of Luis Urrea for an inground pool, mechanicals, patio, and retaining wall.
2. 10 Gray Lane: Application #AA,WPL/E-10816-19 by LandTech on behalf of Ron Carapezzi to construct a new driveway, parking court, patios, pergola and walkways.
3. 1 Winding Lane West: Application #AA,WPL/E-10819-19 by LandTech on behalf of Lefty Tsiropouslos for a new single family residence, with driveway, pool, patio, and site improvements.
4. 298 Saugatuck Avenue: Application #AA,WPL/E-10820-19 by Lanmark Air Systems Inc. on behalf of Mustafa Mirza to install 2 a/c units.
5. 63 Turkey Hill Road South: Application #AA,WPL/E-10821-19 by Rob Frangione on behalf of Deane & Maryanne Martire to revise the stormwater detention system, stonewall, driveway size and revise grading.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
