LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 15, 2019 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 20 Grove Point Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-10805-19 by Kerrigan Ind. Inc. on behalf of Ronald Corwin for the installation of a new pipe.
2. 165 Main Street: Application #WPL/E-10807-19 by LandTech on behalf of 165 Main Street Associates LLC for lower level renovation and outdoor dining area.
3. 521 Riverside Avenue: Application #WPL/E-10809-19 by Sarah Connolly on behalf of Howard Winklewoss & SRC Realty Group LLC to legalize patio extension and installation of proposed plantings.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
