LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of April 8, 2019 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1.    20 Jesup Road:  Application #WPL/E-10798-19 by Lawrence Weisman on behalf of the Town of Westport & Westport Library for an annex building for library and relocate 5 parking spaces.

2.    5 Highwood Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10801-19 by Mike & Shelly Herrington on behalf of Dimitry Melwikor for a propane tank.

3.    5 Deepwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10802-19 by Frank Giacobbe on behalf of Emma & Charles Gallo for interior renovation on second floor, one story addition, mudroom and powder room.

4.    1 Lowlyn Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10806-19 by Derek Sabine to replace an existing deck.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
