NOTICE OF FIELD TRIP
CONSERVATION COMMISSION

The Westport Conservation Commission will conduct a site visit on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. to the following properties for orientation purposes only in preparation for reviewing agenda items at its January 16, 2019 meeting:

1. 20 & 26 Morningside Drive South: Application #IWW,WPL/E-10699-18 by Barr Associates LLC on behalf of Greens Farms Developers LLC & Morningside Drive Homes LLC for a set-aside development pursuant to CGS §8-30g of 19 townhouse style condominiums, 6 of which will be income restricted in the manner prescribed by §8-30g and related site improvements. Portions of the work are within the upland review area of Muddy Brook.

Members will meet at the Conservation Department first to carpool. Some sites might be especially wet and or be prone to ticks so appropriate clothing and footwear is recommended.
