LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
DECEMBER 12, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its
December 12, 2018 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 81 & 91 Coleytown Road: Application #IWW/M-10707-18 by John Cappetta, The Cappetta Family Trust, to amend wetland boundary map #E17.
2. 16 Fresenius Rd.: Application #AA,WPL/E-10637-18 by Barr Associates on behalf of Patricia C. Davis for a proposed three-lot subdivision with site grading to create three building lots and an open space parcel.
