LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 14, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision at its
November 14, 2018 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATION WAS APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 25 Oak Ridge Park: Application #WPL-10695-18 by Barr Associates LLC on behalf of Debra Kowalsky to excavate backfill landward of timber bulkhead; install 180 l.f. of pre-cast concrete block bulkhead landward of existing timber bulkhead; install geotextile filter fabric; and replace the backfill landward of the bulkhead. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
