October 24, 2018
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of October 10, 2018.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Human Services, to approve the Assistance Agreement between the State of Connecticut and the Town of Westport under the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant for FY 2017-2019 addressing Public Services and Homelessness Diversion Activities in Fairfield County.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Human Services, to approve the Assistance Agreement between the Town of Westport and Supportive Housing Works to provide Program Coordination for the Fairfield County Public Services Homelessness Diversion to the Small Cities Community Development Block Grant Program for FY 2017-2019.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the Agreement by and between the City of Norwalk and the Town of Westport for Juvenile Review Board Services.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Parks & Recreation, to approve the Agreement between the Town of Westport and Milone & MacBroom as it relates to Synthetic Turf Fields and Running Track Replacement Design Services.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Parks & Recreation, to approve the Agreement between the Town of Westport and Nardi Masonry Construction for the construction of the South Compo Beach walkway.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the Award of Contract to RACE Coastal Engineering for design services for the design and permitting of a replacement for the Burying Hill Beach Jetty.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the First Supplemental Agreement between the Town of Westport and AI Engineers, Inc. for engineering services required in conjunction with the replacement of the Bayberry Lane #3 Bridge over the Aspetuck River.
