Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectman’s public meeting of September 12, 2018.
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine, pursuant to Sec. V. of the Lease Agreement between the Town of Westport and the Westport Astronomical Society, Inc., dated May 2, 2016, to approve the request for permission to pave the driveway at the town-owned property known as 182 Bayberry Lane.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the Award of Contract, (RFP #18-931T), Engineering Services for Redesign & Reconstruction of Franklin Street Parking Area and Adjacent Lot #7, in the amount of $23,750.00 to CLA Engineers, Inc.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Director of Parks & Recreation, to approve the License Agreement between the Town of Westport and Westport P.A.L. as it relates to the operation of the P.A.L. Rink at Longshore Club Park.
5. To take such action as the meeting may determine upon the recommendation of the Operations Director to approve the Software Consulting Services Agreement between Zed IT Solutions and the Town of Westport as it relates to land use software project implementation, management and training services.

Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as[10] 20 Bay Street, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of September 18, 2018.
7. Update to the Town’s request to the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) to modify its Northeast Corridor (NEC) FUTURE Record of Decision referring to the Green’s Farms Railroad Station.
