LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of July 9, 2018 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 319 Bayberry Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10646-18 by Paul Gudas of Skyview Builders LLC to construct a new house, septic system, driveway, carport, grading and drainage.
2. 17 Westway Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10647-18 by Achilles Architects on behalf of Thomas M & Frankie Lee Smith to construct a new single family residence, septic system, driveway, grading and drainage.
3. 7 Hillside Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10648-18 by Devore Associates on behalf of Brian & Heather Cherry to construct walls, patio, steps and associated site work.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
