LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
FEBRUARY 21, 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
February 21, 2018 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 24, 27, 28, 36, 38, 39, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 47, Lot A05004, and Lot A05005 Hiawatha Lane: Application #IWW/M-10540-18 by Summit Saugatuck LLC to amend wetland boundary maps A05 and B05.
2. 3 Pebble Beach Lane: Application #WPL-10536-18 by in2blue design, LLC on behalf of Michael Ritzzo to construct an in-ground swimming pool and patio. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.
3. 20 Morningside Drive South: Application #AA,WPL-10544-18 by Barr Associates on behalf of Greens Farms Developers, LLC for construction of a new house, driveway, fencing and drainage appurtenances with the existing studio building to remain.
