SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE

A Special Meeting of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. in Room 309. The Commission will vote to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the case of Amy L.Y.Day, Executrix of the Estate of Catherine D. Fleming vs. the Westport Conservation Commission of The Town of Westport, John Tschirhart and Susan Tschirhart as it relates to the denial of Application #IWW,10450-17 and #WPL-10488-17 for a four (4) lot open space subdivision at 107 Old Rd. The Executive Session is not a public hearing and will not be open to the public.
