LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
NOVEMBER 15, 2017

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decisions at its
November 15, 2017 Public Hearing in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses and the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

THE FOLLOWING APPLICATIONS WERE APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS:

1. 9 Riverview Road: Application #WPL-10492-17 by Redniss & Mead Inc. on behalf of Jess I Redniss & Andrea Kerr Redniss for the replacement of a deteriorating existing fixed pier, T-head, gangway and floating docks. Work is within the WPLO area of the Saugatuck River.

2. 793 Post Road East: Continuation of Application #IWW,WPL-10502-17 by Barr Associates on behalf of DMC Westport LLC for 14 townhouses plus 2 mixed use buildings for commercial and multi-family units with parking, drainage, landscaping and related site improvements. Portions of the work are within the WPLO area and the upland review area of an unnamed watercourse.
