(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM).
I.PUBLIC HEARING
1.793 Post Road East / Application IWW, WPL #10379-17; Application of Barr Associates, LLC, on behalf of the owners, DMC Westport, LLC, to construct a development consisting of 4 multi-family buildings totaling 14 townhouses, and 2 mixed-use buildings with both commercial and residential units. The application also includes parking areas, stormwater drainage, and related site improvements. A portion of the proposed activity is within the WPL area of an unnamed stream that drains into the West Parish Branch of Muddy Brook.
2.107 Old Road / Application IWW, WPL #10397-17 (Continued from 06/07/2017); Application of LANDTECH, on behalf of the owners, Estate of Catherine D. Fleming, to subdivide an existing 6.12-acre lot into 4 residential lots, each to support a single family dwelling. The site contains an unnamed tributary of Sasco Brook. A portion of the proposed activity is within the WPL area.
3.275 North Avenue (aka 39 Coleytown Road) / Application IWW, WPL #10417-17 and Referral from Planning & Zoning; Application of Barr Associates, LLC, on behalf of the owners, Elda Capital Corp., for the subdivision of the 3.12 acre parcel into two lots, the first a 1.25 acre lot that will encompass the existing dwelling and barn, and the second a 1.87 acre lot to be developed with a single-family dwelling, driveway, pool, porch, retaining walls, and associated site improvements. A portion of the proposed activity is within the WPL area the Aspetuck River.
4.23 Oak Ridge Park / Application IWW, WPL #10420-17; Application of LANDTECH on behalf of the owners, Twenty3 Enterprises, LLC, to construct a recreational dock. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.
5.3 Quentin Road / Application WPL #10435-17; Application of Achilles Architects, on behalf of the owners, Bruce R. and Kraemer S. Becker, for the construction of an in-ground swimming pool and spa. The proposed activity is within the WPL area for Gray’s Creek.
6.9 Riverview Road / Application WPL #10437-17; Application of Redniss & Mead, Inc., on behalf of the owners, Jesse I. and Andrea Kerr Redniss, for the replacement of an existing fixed pier, gangway, and floating dock. The proposed activity is within the WPL area for the Saugatuck River.
7.54 Wilton Road / Application WPL #10438-17; Application of William J. Fitzpatrick, Esq., on behalf of the owner, STC Green, LLC, for the renovation of an existing commercial building, the removal of a portion of another existing commercial building, and the construction of a 4-story residential building. The proposed new construction will include site improvements for the several buildings on the site, including asphalt parking lot, concrete walkways, underground utilities, a storm water drainage system, and environmental plantings. The proposed activity is within the WPL area for the Saugatuck River.
II.WORK SESSION: Upon completion of the PUBLIC HEARING session above, the public is invited to observe, but may not participate, while the Flood & Erosion Control Board discusses the above listed applications.

Flood & Erosion Control Board
