LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 7, 2017, the Westport Flood & Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.107 Old Road / Application IWW, WPL #10397-17 (Continued); Application of LANDTECH, on behalf of the owners, Estate of Catherine D. Fleming, to subdivide an existing 6.12-acre lot into 4 residential lots, each to support a single family dwelling. The site contains an unnamed tributary of Sasco Brook. A portion of the proposed activity is within the WPL area.
2.201 Main Street; 7 & 15 Belden Place / Application WPL #10398-17; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. Application of Barr Associates, LLC, on behalf of the owner, Anna Nappa, to consolidate 3 lots into a single lot, demolish and remove the building in the middle of the parcel, extend and renovate the building nearest to Main Street, and lift and renovate the rear most building on the lot. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Saugatuck River.
3.11 Old Mill Road / Application WPL #10412-17; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. Application of David Ginter, PE, of Redniss & Mead, Inc., on behalf of the owner, Joe Feinleib, to demolish the existing two-story residence on site and construct a new dwelling in approximately the same location and with similar dimensions. The proposed activity is within the WPL area of the Sherwood Millpond.
4.282 Compo Road South / Application IWW, WPL #10418-17; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS. Application of William Achilles, AIA, on behalf of the owners, SIR-282 Compo South, LLC, for the construction of a new FEMA compliant single family residence with crawl space, pervious driveway, pervious patios, and associated site improvements. A portion of the proposed activity is within the WPL area of Gray’s Creek.
Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
