Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of June 20, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 27 Darbrook Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8860-11 by Westport Building Co. LLC for a new single family residence, new front covered porch, new driveway, new septic system and drainage system.
2. 42 High Point Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8861-11 by James Hines on behalf of Christopher & Christina Cerrito for a new single family residence, new deck, walkout basement, new driveway, new septic system, and drainage improvements.
3. 19 Old Hill Road:  Application #AA,WPL/E-8865-11 by Coastal Construction on behalf of Paul Richards for the demolition and construction of a nw single family residence and new septic system.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
