I. Public Hearing on the following cases:

1. 9 Burritts Landing North: ZBA Appl. #6969 by Douglas J. & Ellen M.Bowen for property owned by Douglas J. & Ellen M. Bowen, for a variance to Sec 12-3 (lot area & lot shape), to revise property lines, in a Res AA zone, PID # B05128000.

2. 21 Cross Highway: (The following application is continued from 5/24/11. Testimony was taken) ZBA Appl. #6967 by Michelle and Matthias Visser for property owned by Michelle Visser, for a variance to Sec 13-4 (setbacks), to build an in-ground pool in setback and to legalize existing propane tank and air conditioning unit in setbacks, in a Res A zone, PID # D12034000.

3. 41 Saugatuck Avenue: ZBA Appl. #6968 by William Achilles for property owned by 37-47 Saugatuck Avenue LLC, for a variance to Sec 6-2.1 (non conforming building) and Sec 24-4 (setbacks), to renovate the exterior façade in front and side setbacks, in a GBD zone, PID # B06079000.

4. 240 Riverside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #6970 by Barr Associates for property owned by 240 Riverside Associates LLC, for a variance to Sec 22-10 (signs), Sec 33-6 (RORD signs), Sec 33-2.5 (non-conforming sign) to replace existing wall sign with a new smaller wall sign, over allowable size, in a RORD #3 zone, PID # C08005000.





5. 14 Sachem Trail: (The following application has been withdrawn. It will be resubmitted and a new legal notice will be done) ZBA Appl. #6952 by William Curwen for property owned by William C. Curwen, Jr. & Ines Sacouta Curwen for a variance to Sec 13-4 (Setbacks), for legalization of shed and A/C units and conversion of deck into living space addition in setbacks and addition of new deck in a Res A zone, PID #B06147000.
