Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 1, 2011 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1. 2 Lyndale Park/Application IWW/WPL #8832-11; CONTINUED Application of Jeffrey N. Gordon for the legalization of a stone wall and for corrections to existing drainage and erosion deficiencies. Work is within the WPLO setback of unnamed wetlands.
2. 2 Pier way Landing/Application WPL #8835-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Jerry Lamb for additions to a single family residence and drainage improvements. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
3. 75 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #8837-11; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of John Hilts for the removal of an existing timber pier and the installation of an aluminum ramp and floating timber dock. Work is within the 100 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
