LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 15, 2016 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 3 Marsh Road:  Application #WPL/E-10205-16 by Mark Burns for the removal of an existing storm damaged structure and replacement with a modular structure within the existing footprint of the existing residence.
2. 119 Riverside Avenue:  Application #WPL/E-10275-16 by Outdoor Solutions on behalf of Ronald & Chiara Rudzin for a new bluestone patio and arbor, patio stones set in lawn, fence, spiral staircase in rear patio, flagpole, and plantings for erosion control.
3. 6 Clover Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10277-16 by L. Wilks for a generator.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
