Conservation Department- Legal Notice of Decisions

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 8, 2016 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

 

  1. 11 Old Mill Road:  Application #WPL/E-10243-16 by Brian Stenhauer on behalf of Joseph Fenleib for the reconstruction and raising of the rear cottage and its southern deck, add new stairs and landing.
  2. 12 Greenwood Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10262-16 by Eleanor & Douglas Spangler for a new covered entry with roof changes and interior renovations.
  3. 6 Hillandale Lane:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10269-16 by Coastal Construction Group for the construction of a new single family dwelling with finished basement and attic.
  4. 2 Half Mile Common:  Application #AA,WPL/E-10270-16 by Douglas Bassett on behalf of Rich Glaser for the construction of 18’ by 38’ pool, patio and outdoor barbeque area.
  5. 69 Beachside Avenue:  Application AA,WPL/E-10273-16 by Chappa Site Consulting LLC on behalf of Michael Isakov to construct a rear patio with pergola and outdoor kitchen area, expand existing drive with gravel courtyard and associated drainage.
  6. 42 Whitney Street:  Application AA,WPL/E-10274-16 by Stephanie Nickse to repair a cedar fence.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions.   Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
