LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
WESTPORT CONSERVATION COMMISSION
APRIL 4, 2016

Notice is hereby given that the Conservation Commission made the following decision on
April 4, 2016 at a Show Cause Hearing held in conformance with the Connecticut Inland Wetlands and Water Courses Act and the Town of Westport’s Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses.

5 Lamplight Lane: The decision to issue a Cease and Correct Order to Krister Holm and Marie Brorsson-Holm for conducting work in a regulated area without a permit was affirmed.

The file may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall,
110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
