In accordance with sections 7.1, 7.3 and 4.2.1 of the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses for Westport, Connecticut and section 30-91 of the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance, a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 12:00 noon in the Room 201 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to consider a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owner of 5 Lamplight Lane (Assessor’s Map E05, Lot 049) for dredging a pond and depositing dredged materials within the wetland area and Waterway Protection Line without a permit.
