LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 2, 2016, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
65 Bermuda Road/Application WPL #10172-16;APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Mitchell Saunders for redesigned patios, removal of a tennis court and the installation of an in-ground pool with spa. Work is within the WPLO Setback and 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
