LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 6, 2016 Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.79 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #10133-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the construction of a new house on a vacant lot with associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline and WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
2.3 Yankee Hill Road/Application WPL #10155-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of R. I. Pools, Inc. for the installation of a new in-ground pool, patio, underground propane tank, and driveway replacement. Work is within the 25 year floodline and WPLO setback of Gray’s Creek (Saugatuck River).
3.12 Marsh Court/Application WPL #10159-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Land-Tech Consultants for the removal of an existing patio and construction of a 2 story addition with associated site improvements. Work is within the WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
