LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on December 2, 2015, the Westport Flood and Erosion Control Board took the following actions:
1.7 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #10132-15; APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS Application of Barr Associates for the elevation of a house, additions, and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River).
2.79 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #10133-15; WITHDRAWN BY APPLICANT Application of Barr Associates for the construction of a new house on a vacant lot and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline and WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
Applications, plans and decisions may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30.
