(Applications will be reviewed by the Board in the order listed. All interested parties are invited to attend and may comment after being recognized by the Chairman. Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Plans and related documents may be examined in the Public Works Office, Room 210, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.)
I. Public Hearing
1. 7 Owenoke Park/Application WPL #10132-15; Application of Barr Associates for the elevation of a house, additions, and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline of the Saugatuck River).
2. 79 Riverside Avenue/Application WPL #10133-15; Application of Barr Associates for the construction of a new house on a vacant lot and associated site improvements. Work is within the 25 year floodline and WPLO setback of the Saugatuck River.
II. Work Session – The public is invited to observe but may not participate.
