Foti Koskinas, Chief of Police

The Office of the Chief of Police oversees all aspects of the Police Department's operation. The department is led by Chief Foti Koskinas. The responsibilities of the Office of the Chief of Police include long-term planning for the department, budgetary preparation and implementation, purchasing, grants, recruitment and hiring, labor issues, responding to citizens’ needs or complaints, interdepartmental coordination, participating and assisting in regional, state and federal law enforcement initiatives, building maintenance and upkeep, and other administrative tasks.
