We Care Westport CT donations assist Westport residents of all ages by providing opportunities for individuals in crisis to access programs and services they would not otherwise be able to afford. Amidst the Coronavirus Pandemic many families are facing financial hardship, food insecurity and an inability to meet housing costs. Many are also struggling to find childcare and structured activities for their children. Please consider a donation to help stabilize households and provide routine for our most vulnerable neighbors. SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES
|

CLUB203 offers monthly social and recreational activities for adults with disabilities. Participation in CLUB203 activities requires pre-registration and an annual Membership of $100/year or $20/per event. Additional donations are also accepted to provide scholarships for income-qualified residents. |

YOUTH & FAMILY PROGRAMS

Connecting at risk youth to enrichment opportunities that improve long-term outcomes for kids. The BB fund recognizes the importance of creating community supports for our most vulnerable young people by honoring recent retiree Barbara Butler. She dedicated 30+ years to the Town as the Human Services director and Second Selectwoman.

Families supporting families during periods of financial hardship. This fund directly benefits income-eligible families with access/scholarships to sports & after school activities ,summer camp, (Campership Program), school supplies (Back to School Program), clothing (Ceremonies & Celebrations Program) and Holiday gifts (Holiday Giving Program).

Community education and awareness programs address issues related to substance abuse, mental health and parenting education (including Positive Youth Development programs known as "Westport Together").

|
Westport's teen center, Toquet Hall provides a drug and alcohol-free safe space for young people to explore social, cultural and recreational interests.

SUPPORT FOR ALL AGES

Providing emergency financial assistance for food, shelter, utilities, medical expenses and other critical needs of residents who meet local, state or federal income guidelines. |

SENIOR SUPPORT
|
|
Westport’s Center for Senior Activities provides a wide array of course offerings to seniors 60+ years of age in a safe and welcoming environment. |
|
Provides nourishing meals to any Westport resident whose age, illness or disability prevents them from taking care of their own nutritional needs. |
|
Supporting seniors on limited or fixed incomes during periods of financial hardship. |
