Property Tax Relief Grand List Year 2023
Tax relief is available to residents 65 and older or residents who are permanently and totally disabled and have owned and occupied the home for one year.
Due to the pandemic the application do not have to be made in person. You can access the applications below along with an Instruction page that explains each form. Forms can be filled in online and then printed and signed or you can print and complete manually. Completed forms along with all required documents (listed below) can be dropped off in the black drop box in the rear of Town Hall. Envelopes should be clearly marked "Assessor's Office". Applications can also be mailed to the Assessor's Office:

Applications & Instructions
- Application must be made in person. Please come to the Assessor's Office with your documents anytime between 9am - 4pm, Monday - Friday. An appointment is not necessary.

- Entire Federal & State Tax Return (2023)
- If you don't file a return, you must sign & submit this Affidavit
- 2023 Social Security 1099(s)
- 2023 Pension Statement(s)
- 2023 W-2's and 1099's
