LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 5, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. GRANTED:  9 Woodland Drive, Appl. #15-049 by Yang Wang for property owned by Jian Pan and Xiuying Tian for approval for a  Special Permit and Site Plan for Excavation and Fill for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D08125000.  
2. DENIED:  Amendment #697, Appl. #15-036 by 38 Main LP, c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §29-13 (First Floor Defined), to expand the list of existing streets in the Business Center District (BCD) from which a First Floor may enter to include Elm Street, to allow retail use above the first floor, under specific circumstances.


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
