LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.0 Church Lane, aka 35 Church Lane and 59 Post Road East, ZBA Appl. #7316: Discussion and potential approval of Stipulated Settlement in case entitled Bedford Square Associates, LLC v. Town of Westport Zoning Board of Appeals, Docket Number FST-CV-15-6024307-S for an appeal of a variance for height for construction of elevator overruns, for property located in a BCD/H and RORD 2 zone, PID #C09140000 and C10144000.
2.275 North Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7416 by Eric Bernheim and Lawrence P. Weisman for property owned by Elda Captial Corp for a variance for lot area and shape to create two separate lots for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #D16022000.
3.11 Sterling Drive: ZBA Appl. #7428 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Christian Johnson & Wendy Wahl for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition in setbacks and over allowable coverage for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E04040000
4.24 Fairfield Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7431 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Westport Realty & Development LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new single family dwelling in setbacks and over building and total coverage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03084000.
5.8 Acorn Lane: ZBA Appl. #7432 by Bryan Nesteriak for property owned by Christian and Candace Mannino for a variance for grading within five (5) feet of property line and for fill height for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E12034000.
6.4 & 6 Abbots Lane: ZBA Appl. #7433 by Michael T. Bologna, Esq. for property owned by Edith Sillman (4 Abbots Lane) and Robert Grant, ADM, E/O Sylvia Cooper (6 Abbots Lane) for a variance for lot area for a lot line revision between 4 & 6 Abbots Lane, property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #E13072000 and E13071000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
