LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 1 Harbor Hill:  ZBA Appl. #7421 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Kenneth and Lorraine Palumbo for a variance for grading and setbacks, for grading within five (5) feet of property line and for legalization of entry landing/stairs in setbacks, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D04050000.


2. 7 Bradley Street:  ZBA Appl. #7422 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Jeffery and Laura Graybill for a variance a setbacks and building and total coverage for a new house in setbacks and over building and total coverage for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03110000.


3. 26 Sterling Drive:  ZBA Appl. #7423 by William Achilles, Achilles Architects for property owned by Mark P. Leondares for a variance for setbacks and coverage for patios, decks, pergola, spa and retaining walls in setbacks and over coverage and for legalization of regrading within five (5) feet of property line, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D04063000.


4. 15 Partrick Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7424 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by Gerard Gaspel and Marina Shimshi for setbacks for retaining wall greater than eight (8) feet in height, for maximum fill height relative to distance from lot line and for grading within five (5) feet of property line, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B11038000


5. 125 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7426 by Darin Palumbo for property owned by Campana 125 LLC for a tenant sign below first floor for property located in a BCD zone, PID #C10079000.


6. 47 Sniffen Road:  ZBA Appl. #7435 by Kenneth and Jacquline Weisberger for property owned by Kenneth and Jacquline Weisberger for a variance for setbacks for an addition in setbacks for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C13106000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
