Notice is hereby given that the Downtown Plan Implementation Committee will hold a meeting on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at 9:00 am in Town Hall Room 309 for the following purposes:
1. Selectman’s Welcome and Charge Review
2. Introductions
3. Review of goals/values of Downtown Master Plan
4. Downtown Plan Review (Plan copies provided to members)
- Implementation Tables
- Short Term projects list
- Capital Budget Plan
5. Discussion of Initial Priority Projects:
-Main Street improvements update
- Downtown Maintenance Review
- Avery/Baldwin lot co-management
- Elm Street Infrastructure Needs and Design Request
- Post road crossing improvements
- Other
6. Discussion of Formation of Working Group(s) projects/interests
7. Discussion of Goals/progress for next meeting
8. Schedule for future regular meeting dates/times
