LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 17, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

 

  1. GRANTED:  374 Post Road East, Appl. #15-042 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Compo Acres LLC, Equity One Realty for Special Permit and Site Plan approval for modifications to the site grading and landscape plans for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #D09122000. 
  2. APPROVED:  19 Spriteview Avenue, Appl. #15-041 by Douglas Bassett for property owned by Jonathan E. Krim and Joyce Gemperlien for a CAM Site Plan approval for additions to existing building for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02175000.
  3. DENIED:  Amendment #695, Appl. #15-030 by Karen Johnson, Bedford Square Associates, LLC for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §29A-5, Height (BCD/H) to exempt rooftop ventilators, skylights and HVAC equipment of up to three (3) feet if approved by Planning and Zoning Commission. 

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
