Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
1.To approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of September 9, 2015 and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of September 9, 2015.
ITEM #2 HAS BEEN WITHDRAWN
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a waiver of the Town Policy on Encroachments as it relates to retaining wall(s), belgian block paving and a stairway located at property known as 26 Sterling Drive, contingent upon compliance with the Town Engineer’s letter of September 15, 2015.
3.To review construction activities at property known as 59 Post Road East and 35 Church Lane (a/k/a Bedford Square), in accordance with the Temporary Construction Easement (Item 8) by and between the Town of Westport and Bedford Square Associates, LLC, dated March 26, 2015.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the recommendation of the Finance Director, to review and approve the revised Town of Westport Purchasing Procedure and Policy.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the sanitary sewer connection request at property known as 31 Morningside Drive South, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of September 14, 2015.
