Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

1. 7 Compo Beach Road:  Appl. #15-045 by Leah Scherzer for property owned by Leah Scherzer for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D04117000.
2. 20 Saugatuck Avenue:  Appl. #15-044 by Frederick W. Hoag for property owned by HP Saugatuck LLC for a Site Plan approval for façade renovations and improved site work for property located in a RORD 2 & Residence A zone, PID #B06077000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
