Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 10, 2015, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- GRANTED: 1 Glendinning Place/25 Ford Road, Appl. #15-035 by Eric D. Bernheim/Lawrence P. Weisman for property owned by 1 Glendinning Place, LLC & 25 Ford Road, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for building additions and site work for property located in a DDD4 zone, PID #C15026000 and #C15023000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
